Polices for Orders (Important Information, payments, how to personalize your charms)

✿ ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Charms are handmade of cold porcelain. Most of the items are elaborated by order, so you can be sure they were made just specially for you. Keep in mind that since they are handmade every charm is unique, so no item looks 100% similar to the other one.

✿ ORDERS AND CATALOG

- Accessories have set prices. If you want to make any changes, the costs vary depending on what you want to modify.

HOW TO ORDER
After you decide what accessory you want to purchase, please send an e-mail to: craftycharm@hotmail.com If you choose something from the catalog, be sure to check the code on each picture and send us the correct code of your order. If you want to make slight modifications (color, details, lenght of the necklace) you can make them for free.

- IMPORTANT: Most of products are made by order. We will start working on them after you have made your payment.

SPECIAL ORDERS:
- Special orders are figures or accessories that are not listed in the catalog. You must send a description or photo of what you want to: craftycharm@hotmail.com We will contact you back, sending you information about your accesories (price, elaboration time).

Elaboration time
- The elaboration of the figures take about 5 to 10 days (drying of the dough, paint, finishes, etc.). We will let you know how long your order is going to take depeding on what you want.

✿ SHIPPING
- You will receive an email notification the day your order is shipped.

- The shipping price depends on what you order. When you contact us to order, you will be notified about the shipping charge amount. (Average orders normally go from $6.00 to $12.00)

-All Domestic and International Orders will be shipped through Guatemala Post.

- Your order is going to take 12- 15 days to arrive if you live in the United States (weekends not included)

IMPORTANT: Three days before sending your items, we'll send you pictures of your accessories finished.

✿ PAYMENT

At this time only PalyPal is accepted as a form of payment.

Payment IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PURCHASE. Please be aware that your order will be canceled if no payment is received within 3 days of your order.

How to pay:
-After your order is clear and you decided what you want to purchase, we will send you a paypal e-mail adress.
- Log in your paypal Account
- Click send money
-Enter the e-mail adress we sent you
- BE SURE TO CLICK "PERSONAL" because if you click on "purchase" paypal is going to charge a certain amount from the money you sent.
- Select whatever you wish (gift, payment owed, etc.)

✿ RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is extremely Important to us so we will always do our best to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Every charm is carefully elaborated and several pictures of your final product will be sent to you, so no returns are accepted.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items after your items go to the post. If there are any problems at all please send a message (craftycharm@hotmail.com). We might exchange items that you recieve borken.

- Special offers will be announced only for very special occations (e.g. Mother´s day, Christmas)

- Returning customers (if you purchase our items for a second time) will get a free gift. You will be able to choose any item of the catalog under $4.00, without modifications.
